This time we show you some pictures about a 30.000 hours maintenance “on-site”. The team of «RS Motor» is executing an engine Overhaul on a Jenbacher J620 engine in the Power Plant of the customer.
For doing this, our team renews main bearings, con-rod bearings, pistons, cylinder liners, refurbish the intercooler, all con-rods, the main oil pump… All refurbishments are performed in the workshop of «RS Motor», while the installation of new parts is done “on-site” thanks to the use of specific and special tools which are adapted to carry out this maintenance.
All this labor takes around 2-3 weeks as usually. Spare parts are always original (OEM or genuine). Thanks to this, we can guarantee the labor supporting us in terms of quality and an accurate execution.
Apart of the execution of this engine Overhaul “on-site”, the workshop team of «RS Motor» is also performing some refurbishments on cylinder heads for Jenbacher type 3 and Jenbacher type 4. The wide stock of the warehouse of «RS Motor» allows to accomplish in a short time period any type of repair or maintenance. This is our daily work on our workshop (sometimes we refurbish cylinder heads, sometimes our team cleans intercoolers, sometimes we repair big piston seizures on engines, sometimes we clean flame arresters, repair starters, actuators, throttle valves, mixing valves, water pumps, exhaust gas heat exchangers, fuel pumps, injectors, oil pumps…).
